Through workshops, Sue shares the art of jewelry making with others.
Workshops are offered year round at Sue's studio or at The Gibby Center for the Creative Arts, both located in Middletown, Delaware. Workshops include:
- Beginning Jewelry Making: Learn the basics of design, tools, crimping, and beading
- Wire Wrapped Bracelet: Perfect wire wrapping techniques on a beaded bracelet.
- Earrings: Get gorgeous results working with ear wires, chains, beads and findings.
- Endless Creativity with Precious Metal Clay: Create fine silver pendants, clasps and more with this revolutionary material!

• Byzantine Chain Maille Bracelet

Thursday, March 11, 2010 1-3:30pm Make a Byzantine bracelet to learn this ancient art of weaving sterling silver jumprings together in timeless patterns. You need two pairs of chain nose or flat nose pliers. Bring your own or borrow ours. You will complete your bracelet in class. Price includes a sterling silver clasp.

Saturday, March 13, 2010 You will create a necklace or braclet in this class as you learn the essential skills of stringing and securely adding the clasp. Design will be discussed and demonstrated. Wear your jewlery home from class! Use our tools or bring your own.
